QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Assurance is one of the most critical of OMP’s end-to-end services. Our Quality team is involved early on in the development cycle, working hand in hand with the Engineers in project development for drawing specifications & GD&T, mold start-up, CMM, and checking against your approved samples. With daily Engineering audits and 24-hour audit support, we’re constantly ensuring product standards are met.
OMP is Committed to Quality
OMP developed the QA apprenticeship program with New York State, with the first ever graduate of the program. We have a staff of Inspectors and auditors across all shifts insuring that your product quality requirements are met.

- Full Color measurement with Spectorphotometer
- Munsel Color testing required for all auditors.
- Extensive Gauging calibration program.
- Internal training program for GD&T.
- All OMP Employees are required to take Paulsen injection molding training.
- Inspection gauge design and building capability with tool room.
- 2 CMM Machines with PC DMIS & Trained QA Technicians.
- Quality & material records maintained & available for 10 years.
- Customer specified product quality reports accommodated when required.
